Your office staff was polite and patient with our insurance company.  I was surprised at how you keep track of all the phone calls and information on our job.  I also want to thank them for sending all the pictures that were taken.  I would definitely recommend your company to anyone.

My supervisor wanted our in house staff to take care of the carpets that got wet from our water cooler.  I knew the water was behind the walls too.  Thank you for coming out and using your instrument (thermal camera) and finding the moisture behind the wall.  Heaven only knows what would of happened if we would of not done that.  I appreciate your detailed explanation and report that Sean supplied.
