SERVPRO of Hockessin / Elsmere has trained, professionals in different aspects of our services. Water damage remediation is one of our specialties.  We have quite an array of products that we use in our water restoration.  One of our favorite products is bio-based. Here are some reasons why: Bio-based testing is used to confirm whether products sold as "botanical" contain synthetic compounds (derived from petroleum) that are not specified on the label. All living things contain carbon, which can be dated to identify the age of the ingredient and if it is from petroleum or plant sources.  The term "old" carbon is from petroleum while "young" carbon is plant based. This product we use is tested at 100% bio-based.  That is simply wonderful that SERVPRO of Hockessin / Elsmere is able to use an authentic Botanical product.
